Hello we have bought the company license renew to get the VMProtect 3.5 update however we havent received any email with the new license. I suspect that the problem is that we used a new email to buy it.
First time we bought we used the email: … but as our company has grow we started using an different email.
The new email used to buy is: …
You can see that company name(…) and company id are the same.
