from v3.7 i have this error with protected files in windows xp
my app not used this api so its in vmp loader. check it please.

You have to install SP3 for XP.
its official windows xp without any service packs.
for some reasons we can not update it. so we must rollback to using v3.5?
Fixed in the 1531 build.
