I’ve protected my software with VMProtect Ultimate 3.0.8, and all my clients are now saying that their license isn’t working anymore.
Was there any breaking changes on newer licenses?
Could you send us a test example (original EXE+VMP files+old license) that shows your problem?
This time I’m unable to provide this.
The key was generated by a PHP script based on the keygen present on 2.x versions.
That algorithm changed? I think this might be the issue.
Keygens are missing on 3.0.
We didn’t change the licensing algorithm in 3.0, so serial numbers generated by 2.X must work in 3.0.
