I tried the demo of VMProtect on a simple HelloWorld binary.
On my El Capitan (10.11.4) the protected binary starts without any problems.
On the latest 10.12. demo the binary doesn’t start.
The Console gives following two error strings:
AMFI: process with pid 123 is not CS_VALID, not honoring entitlements.
MacOSError: -67062
Do you know if VMProtect works with the current MacOS 10.12. demo?

Did you send your protected application to the Apple’s support? As I know 10.12 is a beta and your problem can be a bug in OS X.
P.S. Does VMProtect Demo work on 10.12?
I created an Apple Developer Technical Support (DTS) with the protected application. The result is that I should reach out the developers of VMProtect and report this bug.
The demo isn’t working on my test Mac.
Do you have any plans to investigate this problem on Mac 10.12 or are you waiting for the final release version?

We have tested the VMProtect Demo on OS X 10.12 and it works fine. Please provide us more detailed information about your problem.
Could you send us a test example (original binary+VMP files) that shows your problem on 10.12?
As attachement the test binary (test_org) and the VMProtect binary (test_vmp). I had to split the zip file due to file size limitations.
As a result the string “hello world” should appear on the console.
