The product in general is good, if the project isn´t that big it maybe works.
If not you lost your money like me.
If you didn’t get your refund, I’d contact Pay Pro Global and explain the situation.
If they still refused to help, just do a credit card reversal with your bank and also explain the situation to them and that you tried to work it out with the merchant to no avail. I’m sure they would help you.
Document all e-mails, forum posts, and phone calls if need be, but it usually isn’t a big deal to get your bank to reverse a credit card transaction in good faith when you’ve tried your best to go through the appropriate channels for your refund.
